Ogee Clock

Postby Arutha » Sun Feb 19, 2012 2:39 pm

I recently bought an old Jerome & Co Ogee clock. On the very top of the case where the wooden wheels protrude there are holes either side. Would these once have had covers on them?

Hi Arutha,
That would be my guess too. Many of these clocks are missing the original dust covers. If you would like to replace them with new ones they can be purchased on ebay and from some suppliers. I just checked and Meadows and Passmore over there in the UK carries them.
Enjoy,
Bob
